Nepal Constitution AI

A GraphRAG Q&A assistant for Nepal's Constitution that answers legal questions with citations to source articles. LLM-extracted a knowledge graph in Neo4j covering all 33 Fundamental Rights articles, so every answer traces back to the exact article it came from. Uses hybrid retrieval — 768-dim nomic-embed-text embeddings in a Neo4j vector index with top-5 entity matching plus graph traversal. Runs fully local and offline (qwen2.5:7b via Ollama) with a FastAPI backend, Docker Compose deployment, and 11 pytest tests.
